Program Description:
Join Rob Curtis, supervisor of Ecological Services at Summit Metro Parks, on a hike at the recently restored Valley View Area of Cascade Valley Metro Park. This former 200-acre golf course has been restored from lawn and sand traps to a diverse landscape with over 1,000 species of plants and wildlife.

View restored areas of streams, river, wetlands and meadows. We will also discuss the successes and failures, as well as a few surprises along the way
